Daniel Gerken's 'Art of the Cross' is a creative effort to capture the spirit of the cross, with its simplistic beauty, while incorporating components of expressive art. Elements of naturally distressed wood, rusted iron and steel with heavy welds, architectural findings, studs, and handcarved designs and sayings, enhance his unique works. The range of sizes of the sculptures, from 2' in height to 10' in height and larger, allows for a wide range of decorating applications, both commercially and for the home. Custom commissions for works are also available for design specific projects. Daniel's mission is to create compositions which inspire thought, reflection, and emotion.
